Since joining Ducker Carlisle in July 2012, Nate Chenenko has worked on a wide range of consulting and benchmarking projects. Nate co-leads the Parts Benchmarks in both North America and Europe, focusing heavily on Carlisle Insights. Nate is the subject matter expert on mobility-related topics such as autonomous, shared, and electric vehicles. Nate also leads Ducker Carlisle's research on the topic of Uptime – understanding what manufacturers in multiple sectors do to maximize the operability of their fleets.
Some of his past project work includes warranty legislation benchmarking on warranty parts and labor reimbursement rates, benchmarking OEM contact center operations including support of returns and dealer service levels, pricing strategy creation and workshop facilitation, and pricing research management.
Before joining Ducker Carlisle, Nate performed process improvements on information technology systems for the US Government. Nate holds a dual BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
