Our Sustainability Focus Day discusses big-picture sustainability topics, and it covers the entire aftersales business. This session will cover more tactical items that happen within individual warehouses and during transportation, going very deep into each topic. We will cover more common sustainability topics –waste management, packaging, etc. – going into the specifics by looking at business cases, implementation processes, impact measurements and the ongoing management of those initiatives. This session will help to identify the requirements that sustainability initiatives put on specific warehouses and their personnel.
