Our Sustainability Focus Day discusses big-picture sustainability topics, and it covers the entire aftersales business. This session, instead, will cover more tactical items that happen within individual warehouses, going very deep into each topic. We will cover more common sustainability topics – LED lights, recycling initiatives, custom box machines, etc. – going into the specifics by looking at business cases, supplier selection processes, impact measurements and the ongoing management of those initiatives. This session will help to identify the requirements that sustainability initiatives put on specific warehouses and their personnel.
