Ellery Bourgeois is a Senior Consultant at Ducker Carlisle. She works primarily within the Operations Excellence portfolio, specializing in facility level operational improvements. She works with the site teams to improve productivity, quality and service through lean methodology implementation, process improvements, and management coaching.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Ellery worked at a manufacturing facility for a large international consumer product company, gaining experience in production, maintenance and CAPEX project management. She received her degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
