Ellery Bourgeois is manager who supports engagements across Ducker Carlisle’s Operations Excellence portfolio. Her areas of expertise include process improvement and change management, supply chain strategy development and execution, and facility design, including work in warehouses, packaging, ports, and manufacturing facilities. In recent engagements, Ellery has collaborated with companies to modernize their supply chain networks, identifying opportunities not only to reduce cost or improve service, but also strengthen resilience and future readiness.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Ellery worked in both defense and consumer product manufacturing, with assignments in production, maintenance, and project management. Ellery holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
