Warehouse productivity is on a downward trend for the first time in NAPB’s history. We thought it was a COVID-related anomaly, but it has unfortunately continued into 2023. As a result, we’re focusing this year’s “20+ Warehouse Improvement Ideas” session solely on productivity stories. Participants will hear case studies from a variety of warehousing operations leaders about process and layout changes, automation implementation, equipment and systems upgrades, and changes in metric tracking and visibility. Case studies will range from quick wins to major layout reconfigurations.
