Warehouse productivity is on a downward trend for the first time in NAPB’s history. We thought it was a COVID-related anomaly, but it has unfortunately continued into 2023. As a result, we’re focusing this year’s “20+ Warehouse Improvement Ideas” session solely on productivity stories. We’re interested in your motivational efforts, your layout changes, your machinery upgrades, your new processes, and anything else you’ve done to improve productivity. We will bias toward high-performers on this session, but we are interested in any productivity improvement, particularly if it’s applicable to other warehouses.
