Hunter Roberts is a Director at Ducker Carlisle. He has executed extensive work within Ducker Carlisle’s Operation Excellence portfolio. His core focus is on warehouse improvement, and he has worked with numerous domestic and international clients. His work within the warehouses leads to performance improvement in productivity, quality, and safety, while simultaneously reducing cost. This is achieved through process changes, layout redesigns, management coaching, and shifting site culture towards a continuous improvement mindset. Hunter’s other professional interests include autonomous vehicles, the electrification of vehicles, and how this impacts the parts and service divisions of OEM clients.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Hunter worked for a large insurance and financial services firm and received a BS in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut.
