Meredith Collins is a Managing Director at Ducker Carlisle and has been with the company since 2014. Meredith co-leads the Parts Benchmarks in both North America and Europe, focusing heavily on Ducker Carlisle Insights. She has a wide range of project experience in the aftersales business, spanning topics such as e-commerce strategy, parts pricing, market size and share valuation, and port processing assessments. Meredith is the firm’s subject matter expert for motor vehicle e-commerce solutions and has spearheaded nearly all of Ducker Carlisle research efforts and strategic development projects on the topic.

Before joining Ducker Carlisle full time, Meredith participated in the firms Summer Associate program, during which she worked on a service market research project. Meredith holds a BS in Cognitive and Brain Science with a minor in Economics from Tufts University.
