William Murphy is a Senior Consultant within the Ducker Carlisle Strategy Operations portfolio. His core focus has been on supply chain growth and inventory improvements. Working with domestic and international clients, William has developed a 3-year parts department revenue playbook, redesigned an Asian OEM’s North American network design, and conducted a global inventory product study. Through his key focuses on supply chain and inventory improvements, William has been a lead researcher in AI’s transformational potential within these fields.

Before joining Ducker Carlisle, William worked with multiple startups in southern California within the electric vehicle space and direct-to-consumer retail industry. William graduated from The Kelley School of Business with a double major in Operational Management and Corporate Innovation.
