Billy Murch Elliot is a Manager at Ducker Carlisle, joining the firm in 2019. Billy's main focus has been within the Insights portfolio, supporting the North America Parts Benchmark, the North America Service Benchmark, and various other benchmark studies for the past two years. In addition, Billy also works on Ducker Carlisle’s Automotive Technician Collaboration, focusing on technician recruiting and retention.

Before joining Ducker Carlisle, Billy worked in quantitative marketing at SimpliSafe Home Security as a Growth Specialist. Billy earned her master’s degree in Management from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University and holds a BS in Communication and Business from Cornell University.
