Eliza joined Ducker Carlisle in 2010 and is based in Chicago. Eliza is responsible for Ducker Carlisle's Insights group, and oversees all benchmarking, syndicated surveys, and industry collaborative efforts. She has deep expertise in service operations, parts sales, and aftersales marketing within both automotive and heavy truck. Key engagements outside of her Insights work include metrics dashboard design, wholesale CRM marketing & management, customer satisfaction improvement, wholesale collision growth, port processing assessments, market size and share, and service lane technology assessments.

Eliza holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University.
