Our Electric Vehicle Aftersales Benchmark (EVAB) gives us a good framework and baseline to understand how OEMs are moving EV batteries to dealers. This session will recap some of the content from EVAB and add case studies from other companies (both auto and non-auto) to provide a comprehensive update on battery logistics. We’ll also cover the regulations that guide or control how OEMs can move and store batteries – this is an area where OEMs expressed concern about their ability to keep up with changing rules.
