OEMs regularly make changes to their distribution networks. Often, OEMs can learn about these changes their peers have made by reviewing updated network maps each year, or by hearing about a change within one of our NAPB Conference sessions. This session will focus exclusively on reviewing any recent such changes. While it’s interesting to see what those changes were, it’s even more interesting to hear about the decision process behind those changes. We’re including large and small changes to any aspect of distribution here: this could range from “we added an annex to one building” to “we reworked our entire network tier structure including our transportation philosophy”.
