Chad Walker is a Managing Principal who joined Ducker Carlisle in 2012. During his time, Chad has supported and managed projects spanning all aspects of the aftersales business – from inventory management to connected vehicle strategies. Most recently, he has established himself as an expert in the automotive service space. He has worked closely with numerous import automotive brands to develop and implement innovative strategies for meeting ever-changing customer needs and expectations while maximizing sustainable profit.

A lifelong gearhead, Chad brings passion and enthusiasm to every client engagement. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and enjoys the analytical and critical thinking we face every day in the motor vehicle industry.
