Description

Our Parts Manager Surveys generate a wealth of information for each OEM, highlighting key opportunities for improvement. We hear clever stories of how OEMs use the survey results to better their organizations and improve their sales and operations, but we never share those stories with other OEMs! Even better than us doing the talking is to hear it from one another. In this session, OEMs will share case studies of how they’ve converted parts manager survey results into actual action. We’ll try to take a roughly even split between sales topics (purchase loyalty, warranty, part quality) and operations topics (shipment condition, back orders).
