At NAPB 2026, we will have two inventory sessions – one more tactical, focused on reducing inventory, and this one, which will be more strategic and forward-looking. In this session, we will share stories from OEMs who are doing something unique in their inventory forecasting practices – whether through new systems and technologies (AI, telematics), the use of new data sources, process changes (S&OP), or enhanced cross-functional collaboration. This session will combine OEM case studies with Ducker Carlisle insights, generating discussion on how OEMs could use these approaches in the future.
